Parent Agreement:

1. The $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be withheld from all refunds due to cancellations.
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the second class of the term begins.
3. Zocalo Film Studio reserves the right to expel any student who, through misbehaviour, consistently jeopardizes the learning experience for other class members.
4. Zocalo Film Studio and their directors and staff are not liable for any accidents or loss however caused.
5. I agree to allow my/my child’s photograph or film/video image to be used by Zocalo Studio for promotional purposes.
